History
ELP Corporation Limited is an Australian unlisted public company with its main offices in Melbourne, Australia. ELP was established in July 2022 to acquire the business, technology and intellectual property developed by Mr An Choon Hoon in South Korea. Since this acquisition, ELP has established its corporate headquarters in Melbourne Australia and has a wholly owned subsidiary in South Korea which undertakes all research and development as well as manufacturing.
ELP is actively commercialising the technology around the world through country level distribution and strategic partnership agreements with existing networks.

Sang Hong
Chief Executive Officer
Bachelor of Laws, and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University
Sang specialises in major infrastructure projects in Australia and Asia with extensive experience with Korean Federal and Regional governments and major corporations.
Sang has worked in many jurisdictions advising major Korean and Australian conglomerates. In more recent years, Sang has guided IFM Investors’ entry into Korea and has significantly contributed to multiple successful fundraising campaigns.
Prior to his recent advisory roles, Sang worked for a number of tier one law firms specialising in major infrastructure projects in Australia and Asia.

Zaid Mohseni
Chief Operating Officer
Bachelor of Laws, and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University
Zaid has advised private, corporate and government clients on a wide range of transactions including corporate restructuring, fundraising, M&A, media, intellectual property, and technology.
Specialiaing in complex commercial transactions, Zaid has over 25 years of commercial legal experience in Australia and overseas.
In 2011, Arabian Business magazine awarded Zaid and his brother Saad with an Achievement Award for their work in the United Arab Emirates.

Joseph Alesci
Director
Bachelor of Laws, and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University
Joseph Alesci is a legal professional with extensive experience in commercial contract law. Over the course of his career, he has successfully represented a wide range of high-profile clients in Australia and internationally, including the Bob Jane Corporation, Australia’s largest retail tyre seller, and iconic Italian brand Bialetti, renowned for its Moka stovetop coffee makers.
In addition to his legal practice, Joseph has a strong background in property development, with a particular focus on industrial and tourism sectors. He is also an active investor in start-up ventures, bringing strategic insight and financial acumen to early-stage businesses.
Joseph holds a postgraduate qualification in economics and finance from the University of Melbourne, equipping him with a robust understanding of the commercial landscape. He is proud of his Italian heritage and maintains strong cultural ties through his involvement with the Italian Chamber of Commerce.

Chun-Hoon An
R&D and Product Innovation Head
Bachelor of Engineering, Chungnam National University
An Chun-hoon, began his career at Tetra Pak then spent a decade at Cooper Corporation as the team head of R&D focussing on building safety. For the last 20 years he has dedicated his career to electrical leakage prevention devices including earth leakage prevention devices in case of flooding. He has registered numerous patents and has been the recipient of many awards including the Korea Invention Exhibition Gold Award in 2013 and the Korean National Assembly’s grand prize for Innovation and Environmentally Friendly Inventions in 2021.

Peter Ree
Head of Technology
Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) University of NSW
With over 25 years of experience in industrial projects throughout Australia as an Electrical Engineer. He has extensive experience through all stages of a project life cycle, from concept to detailed design, design & project management, construction, and commissioning. With the ability to identify and solve problems effectively both individually and collaboratively, he continually works with clients to understand their needs to provide the best fit-for-purpose solutions.
